Originally from northwest Minnesota, Samantha moved to Southwest Florida to attend Florida Gulf Coast University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Her background in research and behavioral psychology allows her to understand people, anticipate concerns, and guide clients with composure and clarity - especially during major life transitions.

Outside of real estate, Samantha is a lifelong boater who enjoys exploring Florida’s waterways, fishing, and spending time on the water with friends and family. She’s active in her community through Cape Christian and the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation, and values health, fitness, family time, and adventures with her Bernedoodle, Mia.
